Innovation in Food Resilience Technology to Promote Nutrition in the Community.

Mudyawati Kamaruddin, known as Maudy, is a native to South Sulawesi. She completed her higher education in Biology, and received her Masters degree from the Biomedical Faculty of Brawijaya University Malang. She is currently a lecturer at the Tahirah Al Baeti Bulukumba Academy of Midwifery in South Sulawesi.

Through her professions, she is driven to get close to the village community through the Research and Community Service Unit (UP2M). Within the organization, Mudyawati acts as the Deputy Chairwoman. Her main responsibility is the development of research innovations related to health and society. This organization partners with both coastal and mountain communities. Currently, Mudyawati is focused on advancing innovation and production technology for plant-based nutritious snacks for pregnant and breast-feeding women, and young children.
