Melisa Apriyani

Melisa Apriyani is a passionate educator with over a decade of experience spanning formal and non-formal education across primary, secondary, and higher education levels. Her journey in education has provided her with valuable insights into capacity building, sustainability, and development aid program management. Having lived and worked in diverse locations, she brings a rich and varied perspective to her role. Her expertise is centered on building and nurturing strategic partnerships with local leaders, beneficiaries, governments, and other key stakeholders.

She holds a BSc in Biology Education and an MA in Education and International Development. Melisa effectively integrates academic knowledge with substantial hands-on experience in local community engagement. This combination has sharpened her understanding of the importance of impactful and sustainable community development initiatives for women in Indonesia with Women’s Earth Alliance.
