This year at the 36th Annual Bioneers Conference, Women’s Earth Alliance Co-Directors and global alliance leaders are taking the stage to uplift the stories, strategies, and women-led solutions that are regenerating ecosystems, advancing climate justice, and building resilient communities for generations to come.
WEA Co-Directors Amira Diamond, Melinda Kramer, and Kahea Pacheco will share insights from their work at the intersection of gender justice and environmental resilience. Drawing from their global network, they’ll spotlight how grassroots women leaders are restoring land and water, protecting biodiversity, and anchoring climate solutions that are rooted in culture, care, and community.
They’ll also explore WEA’s unique co-leadership model—a shared approach that centers collaboration and collective visioning– and demonstrate how sustained, relational leadership can scale solutions and strengthen alliances across regions and movements.
As part of this powerful gathering, WEA is honored to join a global community of changemakers working to ensure a thriving, just future—because when women thrive, the Earth thrives.
