Akselerasi untuk perempuan pejuang lingkungan di akar rumput
Program Akselerasi Akar Rumput Women’s Earth Alliance 2020 adalah kesempatan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan, alat bantu, pengetahuan, dan jejaring yang dibutuhkan untuk mengakselerasi dampak.
Kami memanggil para pemimpin perempuan yang siap untuk meningkatkan dan memperluas inisiatif akar rumputnya dalam bidang lingkungan dan iklim. Anda telah memberikan dampak melalui projek atau inisiatif dan memposisikannya dengan baik untuk membawanya ke level yang lebih tinggi, keterampilan, aliansi, audiens yang lebih luas, dan berbagai sumber daya yang ditawarkan oleh program akselerasi yang unik ini.

Sebagai peserta program akselerator nasional, kami akan menghasilkan perbaikan yang berkelanjutan dan terukur untuk lingkungan, ekonomi, dan masyarakat global kami dengan memperkuat dan menyatukan inisiatif-inisiatif untuk iklim oleh perempuan.
Para peserta akselerator akan bergabung dengan jaringan global para pemimpin lingkungan akar rumput (grassroots), mendapatkan akses ke pendanaan baru, praktik terbaik, rekan, dan visibilitas pada level nasional dan global.
Para peserta akselerator akan memperoleh keterampilan dalam pengembangan profesional, kepemimpinan, kewirausahaan, advokasi, komunikasi, dan solusi teknis dari fasilitator-fasilitator global, pakar regional, dan rekan sesama angkatan.
Peserta Akselerasi termasuk pemimpin yang dinominasikan oleh organisasi dari seluruh Indonesia. Mereka akan berpartisipasi dalam program 4 bulan yang interaktif, kurikulum virtual yang kolaboratif, hands-on, dan non-ekstraktif. Konten termasuk webinar, panggilan video dalam grup, kelompok kerja yang disesuaikan dengan sektor masing-masing, pendampingan, dan kegiatan “Kolaborasi” yang berfokus pada belajar dan berbagai ilmu antar sesama peserta.
