2021 Indonesia Accelerator for Grassroots Women
Environmental Leaders
The 2021 Women's Earth Alliance Indonesia Grassroots Accelerator is an opportunity to gain the skills, tools, knowledge, and networks that women need to accelerate their impact.
We are working with women leaders who are ready to grow or scale their grassroots environmental and climate initiatives. They've already driven impact through their project/initiative and are well-positioned to take it to the next level, drawing on the skills, alliances, expanded audience, and range of resources offered by this unique national Accelerator.
Together we will amplify the women leaders:
IMPACT
As a national cohort, we will generate measurable and sustained improvements to our global environment, economies, and communities by strengthening and unifying women’s climate initiatives.
NETWORK
Accelerator participants will join a national and global network of grassroots, environmental leaders, gaining access to new funding, best practices, allies, and visibility.
RESOURCES
Accelerator participants will gain skills in professional development, leadership, entrepreneurship, advocacy, communications, and technical solutions from global facilitators, regional experts, and cohort peers.
The Accelerator cohort includes leaders nominated by organizations from across Indonesia. Leaders participate in a four-month interactive, virtual curriculum that is collaborative, hands-on, and non-extractive. Content includes webinars, group video calls, sector-specific working groups, mentorship, and a “Collaboratory,” focused on peer learning and sharing of working models.
