Dear Friends,

Across the country and around the world, we’re in a moment that’s asking all of us to choose care, courage, and connection.

Many of us are navigating heartbreak, fear, and uncertainty as we witness the erosion of rights, safety, and sovereignty in our communities. Trusted systems are being pulled apart. Resources are shrinking. People are being displaced and targeted. It can feel like care itself is under attack.

But we also know: this is not the full story.

Every day, we witness care reasserting itself—through women protecting what matters most, building solutions that restore, and standing firm in the face of adversity. These are the leaders Women’s Earth Alliance was built to support.

Will you help us ensure that leaders on the frontlines of our communities have what they need to meet this moment?

We see this leadership taking root in South LA, where young Black leaders are gaining the skills, mentorship, and opportunities they need to shape the future of our communities and movements. We see it in Indonesia, where women eco-entrepreneurs are reimagining what resilience looks like and showing how regenerative, community-rooted economies can take hold. And we see it in Nairobi, where WEA and our partners are launching a women-led Resilience Center—a safe space where women and communities can gather, access vital resources, and shape local solutions in the face of crisis.

We are investing in leaders who don’t wait for permission. Who don’t back down in the face of a challenge. Who meet the moment, and then reshape it.

Below, you’ll find our new Impact Video—a glimpse of what’s possible when we invest in grassroots women leaders. You’ll also read more about the powerful initiatives WEA and our partners are leading across the globe.

If you’re looking for a way to meet this moment with purpose, this is it.
