It’s in moments like these that caring for ourselves and one another are more important than ever. The good news is that, in this deep and heart-centered care work, the earth is our greatest ally and teacher—and healing is in fact all around us, all the time.

As with every turning of the season, this is often a reflective period—one where we take stock of the seeds we planted that have begun to sprout, before shifting into a season of carefully tending that growth. And there’s a lot to take stock of here at WEA!

There is a lot happening in the world right now. And while it has been difficult to watch the news lately and not feel the weight of the compounding crises we face, we know that there are also antidotes out there for the overwhelm, the pain, and the anger we may feel.
