Women bear the brunt of climate change, particularly those from marginalized communities, where the intersections of gender-based violence (GBV), sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR), and climate crises are most evident. As climate-related disasters increase, women face disproportionate risks, including disrupted access to essential healthcare, heightened vulnerability to violence, and threats to their well-being and autonomy.
